Airship Down Bug

On one of my playtrough, which I was with the institute, at the quest Airship Down, you have to infiltrate the Airport. My bug here is, I'm literally standing on the quest mark, but it won't progress. I've checked videos on youtube, all you literally gotta do is stand on the objective, and for me, nothing happens. It says, Infiltrate the terminal, and yeah, all I gotta do is stand.
This is the second time I try, first time, I quit and deleted the save, thinking it was corrupted, but this is the second time I try and it still has this bug. Console commands don't work (Setstage and all).
Long story short, I can't destroy the generators because the quest doesn't acknowledge that I have infiltrate the Airport. Suggestions?

Nope, i just figure it out, beacuse i was in the power armor, the waypoint didn't guide me clearly. I forgot have to take elevator to reach the relay upstair.
