Moving predefined settlers to other settlements (DONT DO IT)
Kind of mini-guide/warning post.
Ever since I started completing Minutemen radiant quests and getting new settlements, I was irked by the thing that some settlements come with already existing settlers and I can't move them to other settlements later. Googling around, I found a way to do this BUT now in middle-game I discovered that moving these settlers around comes with a glitch.
How to make them movable (should work even on named settlers):
1. select settler in console (you can run 'getav health' command to check that you haven't selected some butterfly in you line of sight instead of settler)
2. run 'setpv bAllowMove True' in console. This sets 'movable' flag on target.
3. fast-travel somewhere else, come back. This settler should have active 'Move' action

...And now, the glitch that comes with this.
Few of settlers aren't correctly recognized by mods (I used 'Don't call me settler' mod, and two of my people in drive-in weren't named)
Some could have custom scripts on them to interact with their settlement's furniture. These scripts continue to run. And now I have a provisioneer who instead of going to Warwick Homestead sits in Taffington Boathouse with his brahmin. Moving this specific settler to other settlements just doesn't work, he doesn't leave. I am thinking of raising my murder count to 2, it seems to be the only permanent way to get rid of him

The game also only recognizes a settlers first settlement as being "home." If that settler winds up being the quest settler for their "home" you are going to have to chase them down at their new settlement.

A small update - I figured out what that settler was doing. He was waiting for me to personally come to him and get a quest to kill few people. Damn it, after 200 years people lost all of corporate/military culture. I'm a ****ing general, right?
So after giving me the quest he went to do his job... and left his brahmin inside the house.
