Considering the number of answers in the last 10 hours the thread is no longer 2 years old.
But I don't want a Vault 81 vaultsuit. Why should I want one ?
The only vaultsuit worth something is the legendray vault 88 one.
But my character only wears Grognak's outfit, it's the prettiest thing in the whole game and it makes me feel like a superhero.

Vault 81 Jumpsuit easiest way. Get a really high luck and head under the bridge along the railway tracks near Tenpines bluff. You can trigger a hostage vault 81 dude encounter. Kill the 3 raiders and when you free him, make sure you have something to trade him in the way of a suit or harness and get him to equip it. Then snag his Vault 81 Vaultsuit!!!
