Shadow Bug?
edit* fixed by restarting game

In a certain radius around my player character all shadows simply dissappear (with the exception of my characters own shadow) it's sort of like having a light source on like the pipboy light however the pipboy light is off (also turning it on the radius of the pipboy light is smaller then the radius around my character were the shadows vanish.

Did you turn off volumetric lighting off? I remember this happening when I turn it off to check how much my performance gor better. Which FYI was not very much so I turned it back on

I did not, but completely exiting and restarting the game fixed it, only way too, normally Bethesda game bugs resolve themselves after reloading or waiting a few days (edit* ingame ofcourse) but yeah exiting the game works.

Had the same issue, hope this is corrected after restart since I can't enjoy the game with this. Very distracting...
