Blurry corners around screen

Has anyone got this where the corners of the screen? Reloading the save does not do anything typing in "SetImageSpaceModifiersEnable 0" but that is temporary for example if i exit out the game and relaunch the blurriness will be back.

Do you notice it only when you're in dialogue with someone or is it visible all the time? It sounds like the power armor bug where the four corner have a sort of rounded blurred vignette. That can be fixed by entering power armor and exiting it again. You can also try this batch file to clear all active IMODs.
