(Nexus mod manager) Mods not loading?
Only replacements seem to work or newly installed mods (reskin's radio addons etc) (Yes Launched with FO4SE)

EDIT: The plugin ESP's were reset or something on the manager

Same, But that's how I activate the mods from within the game since no other way was evident to me, I'm looking now to see if I can kill the manatony of it all now.

I had the same issue -- here's the fix:

- go to Fallout 4 folder under Steam \ SteamApps \ Common, locate the plugins.txt file there

- make sure all of the mods you want are listed in the load-order you want, as well as preceeded by the now infamous asterisk *

- when the above is complete, close the file and right-click for properties, then tick the box for READ ONLY

This will solve the issue, but you will need to repeat it IF you want to add/delete any other mods

I have this issue sometimes all i have to do is load game up quit out when it gives the list of mods that are disabled, open up nexus mod manager, go to plugins tab hit the enable all tick (even if they appear activated) do nothing else! quit mod manager and start f04 from steam not desktop shortcut. hope that helps

I have exactly the same problem.

All the mods are listed as ticked, however when I launch the game (both through NMM and through steam), my esp mods somehow disable themselves.

Do you have NMM updated to latest version? I had this problem and did not realize NMM was not up to date. Could be a solution.

I had also been having this problem. But it seems that NMM update 0.61.22 solved it. But I think it helped to manually go back through and activate the mods you want in the load order save it to a txt file close NMM open it again and load the load order back from the saved txt. I think it had something to do with how NMM updated the file and re-enabling them with the new NMM update.

Yes like i said above even if it says they are hit the green tick, but from what you have said looks like that is fine, silly question, you sure you are running nexus and fo4 as Admin? as not running as Admin would have the same effect.
