Wilson fisk or Kingpin has a decent agility but not enough to make it that high
He's blinded by his own actions, but is a brilliant planner and didn't get to kingpin status by being a lumux
Perception should stay at 1
His Endurance should be pretty high, his strength in the comics is well enough
Strenght should be higher
Endurance should be higher
Charisma, I wouldn't call him a charmer but he does get his way in the crime lord buisiness, Charisma should be a little lower
Luck should be at about 4 but that's just my opinion
Intelligence is fine, should be at 4 but htat's just my opinion
That's why 5 luck. Kingpin ain't stupid...just special!
Very good observations. I plan to spend more perk points on stats than I have previous chars. I need the charisma to help build my empire. I felt 3 agility was kind of low. He's quick enough to deliver a swift beating to Mr. Murdock anyway.
Keep the ideas coming!
Strength 5
Perception 1
Endurance 3 (Including SPECIAL book)
Charisma 9
Intelligence 8
Agility 1
Luck 2
I would say you might need to invest some points into Endurance and Agility for some perks during the playthrough.
Signature perks would be Armorer, Strong Back, Cap Collector, Intimidation, Gun Nut (maybe), Science, Nuclear Physicist and Gunslinger. Toughness might also be a good option as well.
Obviously I forgot Iron Fist as well and maybe perhaps Pain Train as well.
Or just... Level slowly. I like Low INT for that, lol.
I can dress to impress for speech checks, but I plan on 2 perk points and bobblehead for charisma to be inspirational.
Pain train is a certainty.
Apparently he was picked on for his weight then once he trained, he managed to intimidate his bullies into joining his group hence the Intimidation perk.
The high Intelligence is due to the fact he is a really good tactician and at least you can make better use of the Power Armor.
