Cigaratte smoking mod?

So many cigarettes in the Commonwealth, but you can't smoke any of them. It would be great lighting up a stick while perched up on a hill, with a silenced sniper rifle. Or while enjoying a nice, cold Gwinnet with Buddy the Robot. I know NV had such a mod, but I can't find anything for Fallout 4.

Was keen for a mod like this too, but why do they all use the smoking animation? I liked Fallout NV where you smoked it and it was just visible on your character for x amount of time. I wanna keep playing while smoking and look badass in VATS when I score a headshot.

As I recall, if you had a cigarette or a pack in your inventory, the rotating scene that would show up after a period of inactivity, would show the player hacking a butt.

In this game, I am never standing still long enough for that scene to start playing. I wondered if it was still a thing. I guess I'm not terribly surprised that you'd need a mod for that nowadays.
