Map Marker mods?

Hey! I've been looking around for a mod that allows you to place map markers that will give you extra information. Like, put a marker down and write "Junk here!", in case I want to sweep the area first and return later.

I'm not sure if such a mod even exists, but if anybody knows of a mod similar to this, I'd love to know! ^3^

'Tasty Map' may be what you are after but the custom markers aren't implemented yet
