Starting Shadow of Steel? [maybe light spoilers?]

So when I completed Reunions, the Prydwen appeared overhead and I was under the impression if you've started the BoS questline already then it would initiate the Shadow of Steel quest. But I had started but not completed the Call to Arms quest by the time this happened so it didn't initiate either Reveille or Shadow of Steel. Will Shadow of Steel still initiate eventually if I continue the BoS questline or did I miss the opportunity? I remember reading somewhere there was a bug regarding this.

You missed it, you are now considered an enemy of the Brotherhood, sooner or later they will send Liberty Prime after your settlements and Garvey wont stop whining about it.

folks,what if i didnt want to do BoS quest line -- will they came to the game anyway --i m pissed of this flying vertiberds and some of my merc starting to shoot at them --((

Once the prydwen appears, head over to the police station and meet with danse, but you'll have to complete the quests he gave you first

So I finished Call to Arms after I saw the Prydwen. I'm now in Semper Invicta. Will I be able to move onto Shadow of Steel once I complete that? Or if not then at what point in the BoS questline will that be initiated?

If you want to initiate Shadow of Steel, you have to first build a brahmin feeding tub, after that, fill the tub with 6 Jangles the Moon Monkeys and fire a Fat Man shell on it, the more settlers suffer from the blast the better, after that go to the railroad and fire another Fat Man shell at Desdemona, tell Garvey to ♥♥♥♥ off and bam! You have triggered Shadow of Steel.

Once you finish up with the cambridge police station quests, become a member, and go back to the police station then he'll ask you to come aboard his vertibird.

Note: Semper Invicta is a radiant quest, once you help Ryse and Haylen then speak to danse.

If you never started the BoS questline, you'll have to head over and check out the airport

You could however try and do a few Quartermaster and Cleansing the Commonwealth quests, that could help

i think we didnt understand each other -- i dont want to do their quests and see them in commonwealth -- but they will appear anyway right?
