Scappeable items

Since the patch I can't scrap certain items that I used to be able to transfer to my work-bench such as pre-war money (cloth) and biometric scanners. Is that intentional or were they never scrapeable and I could scrap them through a mod?

Those were scrappable. The biometric scanner is also , sometimes, a quest item. If it currently is a quest item, it may be blocking you.

It says unique with the biometric scanner, but the pre-war money is just doesn't have anything in front of it.

I unload all my junk into the workbench. Then i take back everything that is not a component. ie, steel, aluminum, etc. Then, I find a clear area to drop all junk, go into WS mode and scrap eveything into components. This makes it easyer to see what you have available.

Yeah I did that aswell, but even when I drop the pre-war money and the biometric scanner, I can't scrap them in workshop mode.

I am running the newest version with no mods. Not in Survival mode. I just went ahead and drop /scrapped pre war money and a biometric scanner.. Nothing has changed for me.

The thing is, it doesn't even tell me anymore that Pre-war money yields cloth...So is that a bug or did bethesda intentionally patched it like that?

Has anybody had oil as a misc item on one of my games I have this only one the rest is normal oil in junk.
