Lead Belly on Survival Difficulty?
Hey so i've started a character on survival, which i am LOVING by the way. I thought it was a great addition to fallout new vegas (the first fallout game I ever played - blasphemy I know) and was a tiny bit dissapointed when I unwrapped my shiny new fallout 4 game and there wasn't an option :o OH NOOOOOO it wasn't a game breaker though and I put it to the back of my mind. Luckily they released an update with it :D

Now back to my question........The lead belly perk reduces and eventually eliminates radiation absorbed from unpurified water and uncooked food - but does it also eliminate the possibility of picking up diseases/illnesses from them in survivor mode too?

if it doesn't might as well use the rad scrubber from WW

I doubt it, but it may or may not have hidden disease resistance coded in.
IMHO Lead Belly still isn't worth taking in Survival Mode. You can suck pond water all day and one radaway removes all of your radiation. Far better perks to invest in than this.

Not worth it at all. Cook your food and collect bottles to fill at pumps, no need to get radiation from eating/drinking. Ferals and waste dumps will give you rads. Unlock your settlements, put in a clinic. The doc will cure your rads for 40 caps. Radaway will give you illnesses.

Well Aquaboy doesn't get rid of the possibility when swimming in water. I don't think Lead Belly will either.
