Report a translation problem
then Open Fallout4Prefs.ini at this location:
C:\Users\ < windows user account > \Documents\My Games\Fallout4
scroll down until you see this:
bDoDepthOfField=1
change it to:
bDoDepthOfField=0
Save the Fallout4Prefs.ini file and close it
It will be much clearer after that, I hate DOF and Motion blur in any game myself, and the way bethesda did the Godrays on this particular game is just terrible since it pixelates everything
also FXAA maybe clearer but the Jagged edges are more noticeable
