Survival Mode & Strong Back Perk

Well, strong back tier 4 is quite possibly my favourite perk in the game. Being able to just loot everything and then fast travel home but seeing as survival has no fast travel it becomes a dead perk. Bethesda should make changes to the perk depending on if you're playing survival or not. Perhaps just make it so you don't take damage from being over encumbered & you can always move at normal speed without having to use action points.

Perhaps normal speed but no sprint, still keep damage.

They said now it causes you to take no damage in Survival from being over burdened at rank 4 so depending the damage you take from that state and how that works is the question.

So they edit a perk for survival mode but they won't edit all the vats perks so we don't have to use vats. My mouse is FAR more accurate than vats ever is. They will fix a little survival mode thing but they won't fix an entire PC version issue?!

Companion still have bug, so no strong back needed. Just abuse your companion, not your dog meat though.
