Nobody have "basehumanmale" folder with the vanilla game and you have an un-modded basehumanmale inside one of your .esm files.
Most likely somebody not uninstalled/removed properly previously used mods.
YOu're missing texture files.
If you're using NMM try turning "Validate Archives" off and on in the interface, also do you have these lines in your Fallout4.ini file?

ah alright. what was the problem causing your chars to turn purple anyway?
Any time you see that purple you're usually missing textures.
You were running mods because the game does not have the folder you mentioned.
There's never any reason to uninstall and reinstall your game. All the mods that you use, go under a folder called data. If something is screwing up that's where it's at.
Things like textures can easily be fixed if they're missing, just manually open up the mod you'll see a file named textures, simply drag and drop that file into the texture file of your fallout directory. Or try reinstalling that mod using the mod manager but sometimes you have to do it manually.
Try giving advice next time without your childish remarks. Better yet don't advise at all better for everyone in this community so they don't have to deal with snotty kids that give attitudes when they're not even provoked.
