Here's a good Deathclaw nesting ground area, along with a Behemoth.

If you need a few Deathclaw resources or a Behemoth, there's an unmarked area WEST of Natick Banks, just on the edge of the map, next to the Glowing Sea.

The town itself has 1 Deathclaw in the center of it. If you follow the road uphill, WEST of town (towards the player icon), you will find around 6 - 7 Deathclaws and a Behemoth.

There's plenty of houses, warehouses, trailers and a church to hide in, so that the Deathclaws can't reach you.

I also noticed that Deathclaws spawn more regularly at the very SOUTH border of the map. And I mean like 1 Deathclaw every 100 meters or so.
