Can you get brotherhood of steel reinforcements
Like the Minutemen flare gun. I've seen bos drop in and help random streamers when they are out in the wilderness fighting random things.

Is there any way to call them in however?

There's a Vertibird Signal Flare which comes with some fire support, but it's mostly for transportation.
General support?
Nope, but there's always that.

Yeah I know all about the flare. Just wished you could call them in. Like the Minutemen, but actually usefull

If there's a big fight going on, a Vertibird might pop by and drop ♥♥♥♥ regret all over your enemies.

This happened to me at Big John's Salvage and at the Weston Water Treatment Plant.

They also like Hyde Park for some reason.

Somehow at the Water Treatment Plant a vertibird always keeps the super mutants outside busy so that you can sneak in the door and finish the quest inside. Once you leave the super mutants will all be dead and waiting to be looted.
