Switchboard Terminals Possible DLC clues?

One terminal in the switchboard has a mysterious entry about wanting info on Hindu Kush area TPN intercepts. Strange signal of something entering our atmosphere? We already know the aliens have visited the world, could they show up in a future DLC?
Also, on one terminal with logs about the P.A.M. project, PAM predicts it was highly likely that the Chinese had a stealth fleet of submarines. With a lot of speculations about a possible underwater base area for a future DLC, it may be possible the Chinese had built a secret base off the coastline. Would be very interesting to see how that plays out, the Wiki for the Ghost Fleet even has an image for the military branch, apparently from the Fallout 4 art book.

Also there is a terminal in a small unmarked shack near a quarry to the south. On the terminal you can find info pointing to Far Harbor.
