Spawning power armor with console?

I need to totally cheat and give myself a T-51 armor. I missed the window for T-51 and now I'm at a level where I only find T-60 (and, strangely, some T-45's lying around but no 51's). I need it because it's my favorite. I never use the dog-face X-01 and I don't too much care for the T-60 because it's what the BOS use. I don't care that they are more powerful, at the level of protection of power armors the difference is only statistic between them. And even if it isn't, who cares. I like the T-45 but that one, it's a little too weak. Besides, stupid Polymer labs just gave me a T-51 piezoelectric chest piece!!! When I only have T-45's and T-60's lying around Sanctuary! I think the game did it just to annoy me :^}
So how would I do it?

There's a power armor in the Galleria? Never saw it and I've been there several times.

A few options. Go to Atom Cats Garage. They sell different kinds regularly. Or you can go to the developers console (look it up). I believe you can find one of every kind there. Go in without armor so you can wear something when you leave.
