So, where exactly did Nick Valentine go off to?

I want to start Far Harbor but everyone says that it's highly preferable to bring Nick with you. Problem is, I can't find him anywhere.

I visited literally every settlement I have and built bells there so I can call all my settlers. Nada. Can't find hime at all. And I can't use the console command to find him because I'm playing on Survival so console is disabled.

Have you checked the memory den or his office?

If you have vault tec dlc, set up a settler management console, go into VIP and select Nick Valentine. You'll get a quest marker right over his head.

Go to pipers house, When he disappears he usually goes there-depending on where you are in the main story.

I have all the DLC from the expansion pass. What did you say this thing is called? I looked up Settler Management Console and I can't find it anywhere online. Is this only something I can build in that new vault that comes with the DLC?
