Fallout 4 Configuration Tool

Wanted to use this mod to enable all 4 cores for fall out, but the mod changed so many settings and gives me no option to pick just the enable core option that i want to unistall it now. When i attempted to play the game again all of my mods were disabled and apparently i am now forced to use the launcher with invalidate archives enabled to even play my game.

The mod author will not reply to anyone on the forums facing this issue nor has he posted anything on his main mod page that deals with this problem. Can some one tell me how i can unistall this mod and have all of my mods still enabled?
