Problems with homemaker mod

I've recently installed the homemaker mod and that is the only mod i currently have. my issue is that some, or rather quite many structures and decorations are invisible in the menu. they are there and i can select them but i cannot see the icon nor can i see when i try to place them. am i missing textures or is the problem something else? (the structures and objects missing are from the mod only)

Homemaker is very buggy with the workshop DLCs. There's a patch for it on the Nexus, though I haven't used it myself so I can't tell you how effective it is

Homemaker is a good mod but it breaks way to much ♥♥♥♥. I avoid it and any mods that require it.

The DLC. Lots of buildable stuff goes missing, and categories sometimes disappear as well

Homemaker is in need of an update. The author has been busy with real life stuff, and so hasn't had time to properly update it lately to be compatible with the new DLCs. There's another mod you can install, the "All DLC Building independent patch", which will put all the DLC items into their own personal categories so that you can use Homemaker,, or pretty much any other settlement building mod, and still have proper access to the DLC objects. Otherwise, you'll just have to be patient and wait for Homemaker's author to have more free time to update the mod properly.

I'm having an extremely similar issue with the concrete tab for ske (and ski) Tried un/reinstalling everything to no avail. No one else seems to have this issue unless it involves homemaker, so a lot of the solutions that I've been finding don't apply to me, however there are some people who haven't been able to find a fix at all and have wrote that they just gave up. I'm desperate for help because the objects I'm missing are the main ones I use to make my buildings. I hope someone can find a fix for whatever this damn issue is.

I was using SKE and Homemaker, but like many have reported items went missing in my build menu. I tried to fix it but the scripts they use ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, period. So I removed the mods and then found my game would no longer load. So now I will use neither of them. I find I don't miss them at all. Its too bad its a nice mod.

I have zero issues with homemaker... I use settlement keywords expanded 1.4 same version as homemaker. Also homemaker is updated to newest version of FO4...

Maybe you have got a slow cpu, the models take a while to load for me.

Not yet. but i havent played fallout 4 for a while though. maybe the modmaker fixed it.

i have a fast enough CPU (I5 6600K) but it still wont load. i decided to download SSEX instead but had exactly the same issue, which is odd
