Having trouble building the Vault 88 Overseer's Desk

So I was trying to build this specific desk, firstly I tried the one which is in the table section named "Overseer's desk", which doesn't work. I googled and then I found out the currect one is in the special tap. But guess what, no special tap in my workshop. I just can't find it. Can someone explain to me what happened?

Yeah but my interface does not have the "Special" tap... Or did I open the wrong workshop? If it's not in the Vault-ted workshop

If anyone else is having this problem, use your pipboy to fast travel back to Vault 88, and find the workshop. I wasn't getting the Special tab if I was just holding Q in the big main room of the vault. This worked for me, hope it helps.
