EDIT: Hopefully your phone is sizeable, I started using a tablet cause I only have an iphone 5s and its way too small to be functional lol
Sometimes is an understatement. The app just doesn't work for me. It would probably help if the game itself would remember that I set the pipboy app to "on" at the main menu. When I restart the game, this option always reverts to "off". Ah well, typical Bethesda glitchy product. Otherwise a great game.
PC and app are on same WiFi network.
Fallout 4 is most definitely allowed through Win Firewall.
Thanks for all the suggestions, but I don't think I'm going to get anywhere with the app. It's really OK, game is still fun as hell and I'll keep playing it regardless.
