an auto bat linked to your ini with edited damages at the very least would give you better control over how much damage you and the enemy can do to each other.
most of my "test career" has been at lvl 50000.
using levelers and other spanner-works-tweaks, most of the ai are lvl 500.
(lvl 65000 will spawn enemies of lvl 650).
but, the leveling is that erratic, on the odd occasion i have seen lvl 750 enemy and level 00 enemy. (all with 10's of thousands of health. and my little 150hp or 100hp. or less).
now, im not actually sure if the enemy are lvl 500 or lvl 50000, (with a couple of zero's missing from above their heads).
either way, im glad theres no lvl cap.
i guess thats why i use such extreme parimeters.
if a main fraction of the ai population were just throw aways then im pretty sure i would of just ploughed through the game and completed most of it.
as it stands, (yankin my own chain @1500 hrs, there are plenty of ppl who've played only a fraction of those hours and knows a great deal more about the game/storyline than i do).
when im "playing" the game and not "test running" it, then most of time is just spent as a random survivor. the jungle is that tough, it can take all weekend just to reach diamond city.
but yeah. the beauty of modding is that you can create your own game and enjoy it at your own leisure.
All top tier enemy types (5 of 8 deathclaw types) have autolevel.
Autolevel means they are always the same level as you so the intimidation perks won't work on them and for each level they gain over minimum, they get 5 more hitpoints.
For example: minimum level on a super mutant warlord is 68; at level 68 they have 1535 hitpoints.
If you are level 268 they would have 2535 hitpoints.
