Mods installed but not loading? (FIXED)

NOTE: I BOUGHT the game. It is on my s/o's account. My problem started after buying the game.

My s/o and I have had a pirated copy of Fallout 4 for a while and only recently bought the steam version with the season pass. Since then, none of our (254) mods have worked and we have no idea why. We've un/reinstalled our mods, nmm, and fallout 4 itself several times, we've changed the .ini files, and we've got both nmm and fallout on the same drive and nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any suggestions?

Edit: Some of the mods exist somewhat in the game, but they're all completely lacking their textures and mesh.

UPDATE: After deleting the virtual install folder all of our mods seem to be working, we're still working on the janked up load order but the game actually shows our mods at least. Thanks to everyone who was willing to help! Hopefully this thread will help someone else who runs into a similar problem.

Mishu, you should not come on Steam and ask for help when you don't own the game. It's very easy to see what games a Steam player has- and you do not own Fallout 4. Piracy is stealing by the way, you've got balls coming on here asking for help.

Do you use LOOT? It sorts out load order and can tell you if there is something wrong (things missing).

Completely remove the pirate copy, uninstall NMM, do a clean install of FO4, reinstall NMM, redownload the mods from Nexus and install them normally. There might be corrupt data somewhere, better safe than be sorry.

P.S I'm not salty for preordering FO4 for $79 or anything, but you will see more games using Denuvo in the future.

Funny thing though, Denuvo was recently able to be bypassed, the bypass patched, and then completely cracked.

And then they will patch it in the next game. People never said it can't be cracked, but it does a good job since most sales AND profit occur during release. Remember no. of sales is not equal amount of money made. Games are most expensive and hence profitable at release.
