Any good SPECIAL overhaul mods?
Hating the grindy jack-of-all trades kind of ♥♥♥♥ the game pushes. Would like to enjoy other aspects of the game, but this system just keeps derailing enjoyment.

Past games I could focus on what I wanted my playstyle to be (ie. if I wanted to just pick locks and hack ♥♥♥♥ I could go "all-in" right away and be on my merry way). Here you've gotta dump <x> levels in special, <x> levels into perks, and be at the required level to even rank the perk. So if you want to specialize in something you either end up with a bunch of points til you "hit the magic level requirement" or you have to diversify.

I think I saw a mod on nexus that made it so you could choose any perks no matter what special you have. Might wanna look that up.

I recommend the following mods:

Perks Aren't Special - Removes the Special and Level Requirements for perks.
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13214/?

PerkPointsPerLevel - allows you to customize how many perk points you want to get at what levels. Default is 2 perks per level, but you can edit the file to limit yourself more, such as only getting 1 perk every other level. I have it set to give me 2 perk points for most levels and 3 perk points at levels 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50, then 0 perk points after that.
