Chinese Stealth Armor?

I saw this loading screen same as the guy in this link. http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/RPGMaster504/video/20226846
Apparently only a few people have seen this because NOBODY is talking about it. There are like a total of 2 posts i've found anywhere relating to this. I have only a few mods but none of them for chinese stealth armor. Anybody know where this came from, or better, where the armor is?

Edit: Okay I think I've found an explanation, very recent reddit threads claim that the person who designed the NCR ranger armor put that loading screen in as a teaser of his upcoming mod release along with another loading screen with hellfire armor that he's making.

Actually, there are a couple of mods that are for 'other' stealth suits in addition to the Chinese Stealth Suit Mods.

I too have seen this loading screen. But still have not found it in game or as a mod. There are plently of stealth suits mods but none looking like this.

The steath suit looks to be the one from Fallout: New Vegas.

Because they are not in the 'vanilla' game. The stealth suits are included when you dowload and install the several stealth suit mods mods (Nexus).

Well I haven't downloaded any stealth suit mods??? So wtf? I've only downloaded a few mods for power armors and guns but nothing stealth.

So far, the only mods I have are Pipboy Games Store, LTW MOPP Suit, Midwestern Power Armor, Old World Blues Radio, Liberty Power Armor. NCR Veteran Ranger Armor, Enclave X-02 Power Armor, T-49 Armor of the Storyteller, Desert Ranger Combat Helmet, and Lots More Male Hairstyles.

That loading screen doesn't exist in the base game, but there used to be a chinese stealth armor mod on the nexus, not sure where it went to but it exists.
Can't find the armor, or the loading screen in the vanilla game, I have no other mods in my data folder and I don't see it in the game files.

I just went to Nexus and searched for Chinese and this came up - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14711/?

Not sure why you are seeing screens if you don't have a mod for it, but there are other stealth suits on Nexus as well as other people have mentioned. Try searching stealth in the armor catergory? Might find something there.

I found it. The guys who made NCR ranger mod left it in as a teaser.
