Hi thanks for replying so quickly! could you elaborate on 'blur effect'? Im not sure what that is or are you relating to motion blur? I have disabled god rays via the fallout ini's. I am currently validating my files as we speak. I dont believe i am using any 4k textures except for a pip boy one. But i will double check! thank you.
Thanks! ill get on it an dwill update you shortly.
Yes i meant motion blur. Maybe try messing with your Anti Aliasing? I'd drop the 4k pipboy mod as well; if you're still having issues. here's a couple of performance mods from the nexus if you want to try and make your game look pretty again. Shadow Boost: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1822/? Stuttering and Memory patch: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/332/? You'll probably want to watch some install videos on those mods; they're a bit more complicated to install. Also if you're running an enb; that can strain the video performance as well.
Problem still persists - http://imgur.com/a/9Gl2k
When i look in a certain direction all hell breaks loose and im getting around 10 fps - when i look in the opposite it goes back to 40-45fps
I am running Vivid weathers.
Videocard has no updates.
Will try zero mods.
Just disabled all mods and instead of getting 14 FPS im now getting 34fps in the same area, doesnt go lower than 34...guess now its trial and error to see whats kicking this fuss off!
I ususally tend to run games without the vsync on as well; you'll get a boost from that. also take off the steam overlay option, in your library settings.
I'm using both nexus and bethesda; they are both working ok for me. The only diffrence is I use Fallout Mod Manager instead of the NMM. Also check out LOOT; it's a mod load order tool.
I'm not saying my game is running flawlessly; because of constant modding. The frames per second seem to be running fine. I've had mods that almost crash my game because of somthing they did not edit right when making their mod. So it's vital to make a clean save then try one mod at a time.
