You plant the vault conduit panel on a wall to hook wires too. The conduit panels act just like wire conduit do radiating power (still need wires for some stuff) except the floors are the wiring.
Sometimes you have to pick up and put down the conduit panels, for some reason they go dead, kinda like lamps and lights can.
This seems to be the case with anything you have built but as for the pre-existing stuff like at the front of the vault (main entrance) i cant get any of those panels to attach to anything....id like to run some power out to that part so i can setup a few things.... am i missing something here?
Been putting my settlements in the air because the last month it seems all the enemies now spawn inside my settlements past the walls .
My first go around I built larger settlements this didn't happen but now that I build then small it happens all the time .
Turns out walls are a waste of materials and time now
Ya, unfortunately the devs werent smart enough to put in snap points for the conduit panels in the "original vault area."
Learn something new everyday .
I was watching a 4 trailer and the guy was talking about missed detail that Bethesda randomly does for fun that people often miss .
I really wish they would do more hidden quest that you have to work to find
