Institute floors and walls have disappeared/not rendered - Help

Upon fasttravelling to the Institute I am met with a black void containing various doors, objects and NPCs still visible. The collision still works however the meshes/textures are not rendering. This occured after downloading the Vault Tec DLC. I do not have Settlement Keywords or Homemaker before anyone jumps to conclusions.

Thats definitely caused by a mod.
When i first arrived at the institute, i noticed that there were grasses floating in the air. It was the grassland mod. Apparently some texture mods really dont work well in the institute, maybe look into your modlist for mods that are related to the things that disappeared

For anyone else suffering with this issue I went through all my mods and graphical settings individually and found that Eli_faction_overhaul was the culprit! =)

Cheers for the feedback. It was indeed Eli Faction housing that caused this, I also had an almost identical issue in the Railroad HQ. Thanks again!

Eli’s faction overhaul needs to always be at the bottom of your load order no matter what if you keep it there you won’t have that issue

I think mine was even worse than that... but I'll see if changing it to the bottom helps.

and add under [Display]
bUsePreCulledObjects=0
