Explore Vault 88 - stuck / bug

I cant seem to find the quest id for Explore Vault 88. I opened all the workbenches and built a considerable sized starter vault before activating the beacon. I am now stuck at stage 350 and it wont advance to 500. Any help please. I checked all my quest stages in sqt and it doesnt seem to list it.

I think I have the same problem!
I also built a sizeable vault before continuing with the 'explore vault 88' quest. Thinking that was the problem, I loaded up a previous save and did the quest immediately but it still didnt progress.
Also tried sleeping for more than 3 in game days but the settlers never came to progress the quest.
Finally tried setting the stage of the quest to 400 (explore vault) didn't work, overseer said same dialog : 'explore the vault I'll check for canidates'
Then tried setting stage to 450 , i think that was too far, overseer said something about canidates but the quest never progressed
Even tried teleporting clem to the vault, which didnt help anything
Then I updated to latest 1.7 beta patch, nope, didnt work
I'm out of ideas lol :)

and it worked this time, must have typed it incorrectly before

There are four Vault-Tec control board[fallout.wikia.com] to collect throughout the Vault caves and take to each workbench once your done that the Explore Vault 88 should be completed!..
