Vault-tec calling quest wont start?
So, as the title suggests, the quest "Vault-tec calling" wont show up for me. I have the dlc downloaded properly, is level 52, removed any mods that would cause problems with it, verified integrity of my game cache, restarted steam, reinstalled the game, and much more.

The thing is, I still have Vault tec Workshop structures in my settlement workshop. I have the Vault boy/girl statues, the cabinets, etc. But the quest wont start, and I don't get a Vault 88 radio signal, either. I've ran around Quincy Quarries, but I can't find anything.

If anything in the other dlc's or the main story matters much, I sided with the Minutemen to destroy the Institute and the Prydwen, I blew up the Nucleus (Also pretty recently came back from Far Harbor) and haven't started Automatron yet. I'd appreciate help, since I heard this dlc is really fun.

I think the only requirement is that you must be level 20. Perhaps test by starting a new game and modav your character up to level 20 to see if it triggers?

[Spoilers ahead]

I had to fast travel away, sit and wait then travel back.

I also noticed that the DLC didn't automatically download. To check go to Quincy, in the bottom "room" in the quarry rock where the sofa is, there will either be a hole OR a fallen soda machine.

If the fallen soda machine is there the DLC is not installed or activated.

It didnt start instantly for me either. I ended up fast traveling around doing misc stuff for a bit and when I eventually returned to Sanctuary Hills, the quest started automatically.

Is the soda machine there though?

It could be that for whatever reason, it didnt install correctly and update Quincy Quarries.

Nevermind, I was just stupid enough to think that the vault would be a large door out in the open. I found the entrance to a cave, and when I entered, I got the quest and the signal. Thanks!

Did you activate the vault-opening button thing (Whatever they're called) with your pip-boy? The quest might start when you do that.
