I could have sworn that they advertised planters (much like the ones found in Vault 81 and Graygarden) would now be buildable, am I mistaken? Did they neglect to add a Vault-esque looking shop? Why are all the new Vault lighting assets so dim? Am I going blind? What is love? When can we expect Bethesda to look into settler pathing? If I can rename a gun, why can't I rename my settlers? Bonus question: Why is it that Curie's int drops from 14 to 4 after her personal quest?

They actually did add the planters, should be in resources > food as far as i know.

I wish they did.

They look fine to me.

Probably

Baby don't hurt me.

Probably never, at least for Fallout 4.

There's a mod for that.

Because robots are naturally smarter than their synth counterpart, and miss nannies have those curves.. mhm

I looked under the "resources" tab. I then looked under the "food" tab. No such planters. I looked in the "resources" tab and then under the "vault" tab. No such planters. I then looked in the "resources" tab and then the "miscellaneous" tab. No such planters. I even looked in the "water" tab. No such planters.

contraptions gave us a kind of planter...

otherwise have service doors out outside the vault building and plant outside the vault since you cant build wall to wall anyways which means there will be a gap for you to fill.

also why didnt we get new clean terminals to use

I don't have the "contraptions" DLC so maybe that's it. i just used the food plot item and used that to plant indoors.

You might have seem stuff in Bethesda's twitch playthrough, but that's a different thing from them promising a feature. It might also be that some new stuff that we got a glimpse of in the stream is from Nuka-World.

Thanks for all the replies gentlemen! Just for clarifications sake, I was referring to the tabletop planters. Personally, they just seem so much more aesthetically pleasing. Not to mention the assets are already in the game in a functioning workshop. There are mods for it sure, but I'm trying to build up settlements without the assistance of mods. On the bright side, new store stalls and larger shipments of copper, wood, and steel have been added in the 1.7 update. Cheers!

For food planters your best best is Wasteland Workshop or a mod as its not in the official release of vault tech workshop despite reports of being in the beta. As for the lights I would highly suggest "vault tec simusun lighting" mod. And curie, humans are stupid. Synths are synthetic humans. Nuff said.
