Or do you mean "character creation"?
If you mean the entire starting part of the game, you want to get a mod for that.
There's one called Start Me Up that i like.
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29227
You actually make your character in it? And mods that skip it *tend* to be broken...
Since your actual game play hours are hidden on your profile, but your total of 3 achievements only take you to level 5... My suggestion is to play the game through the whole way without modding it first...
You have to go through it at least once in your gamer life (if you don't want to use mod):
Then you make a save after you left the Vault and you take this safe-file as your starting point for all your next play throughs.
If you are open to use mods, there are a few available over at the Nexus.
There's SKK's "Fast Start"
and there's also "Start me Up"
However, as far as I know you still need to create your character in the opening bathroom scene.
War never changes... *esc esc oh God I have to sit through this whole thing again*
The changeyness of war... *think I'll go make a brew*
War doesn't do that thing, change that is... *it's still going?*
as you wake up in the vault, go through the vault and get to the elevator to go up to the surface. Make a permanent SAVE before you get on the elevator.
Now do that again but with a female character named "Female" with a save just before you step on the elevator out of the vault.
From then on you NEVER need to play through the intro again. When you start a new game you start either the Male or Female permanent save. When you step onto the elevator you get the chance to change EVERYTHING about your character - name and appearance, just not gender. So, pick gender, then step on the elevator, change your characters name and appearance and you're headed to the surface. All saves from that point are filed under your new name, not "Male" or "Female" so those two saves remain patiently waiting forever to start a new character.
