Fallout 4 Most Memorable Boss?
So of the bosses in Fallout 4? what is the most memorable boss that enjoy to
battle the most? I think its Bos prime surely? or do people prefer courser?
or Kellogg? So Kellogg is better than courser? or mirequeen?

I've had probably the most drawn-out individual battles against a mirelurk queen, simply because they're big and tough and have a particularly dangerous acid attack that often requires taking cover.

For multi-opponent fights, the final battle against the Mechanist in the Automatron DLC, and fighting against the Brotherhood during Airship Down in the base game are highlights.
Was the bosses better in the prequels?
I'm afraid I'm not really familiar with Fallout 76, if that's what you mean.

Whole game is shallow and forgettable

Boss fights are kinda too easy.

Playing Horizon on desolation with ambush and rad storm ghouls (True Storms) have made some interesting fights.

Entering Malden near the Sinkhole I had super mutant patrol of 4, 2 mirelurk hunter ambush event, two death claws (random encounter), and the fighting attracted the stingwings in the Sinkhole. I was down to the last super mutant when I died, lol.

I wouldn't really say boss encounters have ever been a strength of 3D Fallout.

From the pre-Bethesda games, I do remember fighting the Master, and to a lesser extent the Overseer from Fallout 1, Frank Horrigan obviously stands out for Fallout 2, and for Tactics I mostly remember fighting one of the behemoth robots at the entrance to Vault 0.

Fallout 3 I guess has Colonel Autumn. I do remember fighting the one of the super mutant behemoths you face with some Brotherhood members, which has a boss fight style to it (the wiki says its at the GNR building plaza). Also fighting Calvert's brain in the Point Lookout DLC, and I guess the fight on the bridge of the ship at the end of the Mothership Zeta DLC also stands out in my memory.

With New Vegas there's Lanius, and like the super mutants, I remember that fight with one of the bigger deathclaw variants in Dead Wind Cavern (but I can't remember if I'm remembering fighting the mother or the legendary deathclaw).
