Kiddie Kingdom Hidden Cappy
So. it says I should look for it somewhere atop the castle. But I can't find it anywhere. neither in the are Oswald is in nor somewhere on the battlements. I feel like I'm retarded for walking in circles all the time looking for this little ♥♥♥♥ Cap thingy.

There are 2 in kiddie Kingdom. One in the Room witht he Spinning Floor in the Fun House and the other tip says I should go to the top of the Castle

It's in the little ruined clocktower looking building right before the bridge over the moat heading into the castle courtyard.
