Pine Crest Cavern and the Quartermastery quest

I have reached the home of the Nakano residence and it is also in the same area of the map for the Quartermastery quest to find a part at the Pine Crest Cavern. I get to the locator sign for the part for the Quartermastery quest, which is on a boat next to Nakano's house, yet I cant get no notification of the part. I am also unable to have Pine Crest Cavern show on the map. Where am I going wrong. I have Far Harbour and all the other latest DLC's installed.
