Nisha busy

Anyone encounteted this bug? I can't talk to her, she's just standing there.

try to save and reload ... I had the bug a couple of times with deacon outside Lexington

try pick pocketing her and get her to notice if you can fast travel out of there with killing to many people she should talk once you get back thats what i did and it worked

How exactly does that work? Running away, fast-traveling away and back did not help since all raiders remained hostile

Spawn in an enemy. After everyone attacks it, Nisha is no longer "busy" and you can talk to her.

Use a Synth relay grenade to Spawn the enemy it worked for me.
