Nuka World first impression... The Pitt 2.0
ok, so my first impression of Nuka World is that it's basically the pitt 2.0 with no apparent option to kick out the raiders and set the slaves free... which is infuriating me because that was my LEAST favorite dlc in Fallout 3.

I really HOPE that it's not just "The Pitt 2.0" and that it has more to offer than that, but so far it isn't looking likely.

....kick out the raiders and set the slaves free.:steamfacepalm: And let Preston take over? Who in the right mind would do that :))

Anyone who rightly hates raiders in the first place.
What happens to the arcade? I met a trader in the market i think should be more than capable of maintaining it.

Your not looking hard enough. Or just kill the leaders if you want the simple path.

I killed the leaders because I HATE raiders and kill slavers on sight. That can NOT be all there is to the dlc! It can't be "work with the raiders or no dlc story quest for you" that is total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!

It's an entire DLC built around raiders, if that's not what you want then either kill them all or just don't do the dlc, since that's the point of the dlc, to be a raider, to be more evil.

There are still the different areas of the parks with their own quests and puzzles, as well as some interesting stuff outside of Nuka World.

That's BS, I don't care if a lot of people wanted to have the option to be bad, I would have appreciated the option to retake the whole park as a GOOD GUY. I really hope someone makes a mod to fix the DLC to allow for people like me to actually enjoy the dang thing without having to be a raider!

They let us do the Vault dlc without making the expariments "evil" so why the heck couldn't they do something that just replaces the quest giver with someone wanting to expand the trading post!?

All your missing out on is being a raider errand boy. There is still the rest of the park, you'll just have to go there on your own instead being sent on an errand.

is there at least a workshop somewhere? I was expecting new nuka cola themed workshop items with the dlc.
If this is the best Bethesda can think of then it's no wonder we only got 2... 1 story dlc. I don't count some linear "be evil or no story for you" bs as being a story dlc.
the 2 half-story dlc were better than this, Atomatron, and Vault Workshop. I was looking forward to this dlc because of the themepark stuff.

It adds new workshop items but there's no areas to build in the park except the Fizztop Grille interior

that is such a waste. It's also aggrevating that I can't get rid of all the raider crap everywhere using the console.

There is a bloody workshop at the red rocket.
At least explore a bit before posting nonsence

If you dont want to work with the raiders you can take them out and free the slaves,
Speak to the doc in the market.

You have five areas to clear and areas outside of NW.
You also need to restore power before using the workshop at the red rocket.

You will only have a partial set of new items to use in your workshops until you start raiding in the commonwealth.
There are new raider specific toys. Such as pick me up stations, raider radios, tribute chests. moonshine stills and rebadged shops.

you did notice I said "first impression" in the title right?
The lack of "story quests" when you kill the raiders is also annoying. The red rocket workshop isn't as tiny as the one in the commonwealth is it? I don't have time to look tonight.
