Nuka Cola family radio not working?

Its not playng anything, at all, no sound, no message, just static what am i supposed to do about this?

I trun Fallout4 to english version and Nuka Cola family radio worked.when in chinese version is not worked....

Mine didn't start playing until I left Sanctuary Hills. Fine after that though

Until I left Sanctuary Hills it still not worked....except turn to english version

Mine doesn't work either. Will the quest be removed if I go west directly to the place, or will it stay in my questlist forever now?
