Yes, because Bethesda is perfect and every way and never releases a completely broken product. >_<
1. once stuck in the monorail open console and put in tfc
2. go to the tunnel door at the end of the tunnel
3. open console again and select the door and disable it
after all that everything will then resume as it should
Tried this, but for me it seems the monorail and the door are the same thing :P
Tedious but it works.
Go to lonely chapel, save.
Delete/uninstall NW dlc.
Load lonely chapel save from.first step.
Resave.
Re-install NW dlc.
