Report a translation problem
It does AoE damage as explosive radiation, most people don't know that. Which is why demolitions expert works.
FYI since the AoE effect scales with all those perks and it hits all hit locations it ends up doing more damage then the base damage.

The AoE damage base is 23, hitting head/both arms/both legs and torso for that damage value each.
Nuclear Physics, Gunslinger and Bloody mess. All scale in the primary damage... as I already said. The secondary damage scales from all them in addition to Demolitions expert.

The secondary effect damage is greater. 105.8 damage AoE to a max of 6 hit locations, in theory 634.8 max seondary damage assuming the shot was in the blast radius.
None of this takes armor or resists into account.
Remember radiation effects the max hp pool and isn't just normal damage.
