found X-cell drugs and found out that these cost almost nothing compared to other drugs although X-cell improves all your stats by 2... shouldnt it cost more?

cost more, why? you can't buy them, just find a few. they are too rare to have value. Single use treasure is no treasure.

You can sell them though, and if these are rare then they should cost a lot when you sell them, but instead, psycho can be sold for more
