Vault-Tec Workshop: Connecting East Sector
Is there any way how to connect main area with East Sector through corridors? There is old Railway tunnel leading to East sector with water pump. I know. But if you want Vault to look like Vault, so everything should be connected by build structures.
I can pull utility hallways from hall with pump to middle of tunnel (where is doors leading to stairs to pharmacy). And from main area I can pull hallways to middle of tunnel. But there is no way how to connect those corridors. It seams that solution will be haf lenght of utility stairs, since they are too long.
But I see no way how to connect them through closed, build corridors/ hallways.

Look up to the left of the water pump, that wall is scrappable and runs to the NE sector.

Yes, I know. But I wanted to have it all around connected. This tunnel is right there, in in wall of main area. If there wasn´t way to pharmacy, maybe it could be ignored, but this way it seems that Vault have to be connected to rough tunnel.

Without modding and removing the rail tunnel object, there's no real way to connect down that tunnel. I've tried finagling vault parts through it and there's no way of doing it and maintaining snap points, and the descent angles are bad too. Building down with concrete step-wise and making a 'false' snap is the only way of doing it without mods... so the NE sector route is the only way to get vault power connected without wiring, or getting native snapped vault parts in there.

If you do mod the tunnel out, you'll have to be careful because you're open to the 'empty universe' through that point and can literally fall off the map (it'll drop you somewhere else on-map, but it's a pain, and you may take damage).

Funny that they make DLC based on building Vault and you can´t build it as you want.
This was best I was ablet to do: Start in east sector: https://postimg.org/image/4e4sjg169
Here is gap which I which I am unable to put together.

And integrated Hallway in Main hall:

Great illustration of exactly what I was talking about... the slope of the tunnel not working for stairwells, and having to use a 'false snap' at the top.

I may try something later with concrete since I've already built into the tunnel a fair ways as the storage room for my trader's shop, just didn't take it downhill at all. Would have to be lots of runs to concrete steps... just really difficult without killing the tunnel itself.

Which I might cave in and do, if it's selectable in console. A lot of statics though are compiled into groups, with those you're stuck unless you're modded.

Using a "Wide hall doorway" piece attached to atrium floor allows you to displace your lineup half a square left or right. Then use Elite 1's methodology https://youtu.be/5h83KILdo3w and you can build a tunnel all the way down through east tunnel.

Thanks. With ramps you can make it aslant down. It isn´t the same as with orignal hallways, but it is better than tunnel.
The gap in my previous wictures I have filled with this method. From originall hallway in previous picture is it like this:

For last part I have to use cheats tcl and setangle to to force it together:

walls are put through tunnel. Ceiling is in this part from orginal tunnel.
