thanks for the info man , much appreciated, I also find a royalty free music of
all kinds, your link lead me there, no more videos without music!
THANKS!

I stopped my Fallout 4 series because I had a full 4 hour play session with the radio on, spread across about 5 45 minute videos, get taken down because of the copywritten music from the radio. They were up for about three days before they were manually flagged by a rights management company.
While it is true that copywritten material will one day be public domain, copyright expires something like 90 years after issuance. Which means we can use the stuff from Fallout 4 circa 2045. Might as well just start streaming on October 23rd, 2077 and see if some bombs fall...
Even if no one is alive that made the song or the artist in question has no living ancestors it is still illegal to stream them, and copyright trolls will flag your vids if the Content ID doesn't. Which is what I felt happened to me.
There are mods, though that allow you to switch out the vanilla music for songs of your own choosing, which you can make sure are either Fair Use or are by artists who appreciate the spotlight being on Youtube gives them.
tell me why this video didnt removed , and got 2m views

It's not monetized.
I will not monetize my videos as well, my all gaming content are not monetized
and still getting claims sometimes
Juse saw your edit: Yeah you can get claims, but as long as it's not monetized it just shows ads and the revenue goes to the claimant.
Youtube has gotten "better" at some things regarding this, but you really do need to have a fully monetized (not-Patreon) driven channel and have several hundre thousand subs to get their assistance.
oh you mean "that" copyright claims? a little warning title under my video says
"copyrighted content found on this video, we will put ads you dont have to do anything
if you agree"
oh its good man, I got banned from monetized system anyway long time ago due
to invalid click activity (yeah clicked my own ads to test ads are working or not
and youtube got ban me lol)
thanks for the info
They then all file competing claims and none of them are able to collect ad revenue.
They should have anticipated that problem and known that people would stream their gameplays and simply given the player the option to mute it.
Long Answer: All music prior to 1952 is open source unless its a trademark, so your free to use it as much as you want which is what a bunch of Fallout's music is (But not all of it). The downside is that the music industry doesn't get penalized for flagging your videos and steals your money while your disputing the claim, and they WILL wait the maximum amount of time to dispute your claim. This is why people don't use music in their videos anymore or pitch shift it so the auto flagging bots don't flag it.
And unless you have a law degree and thus can refute their claims/countersue them for cheap, you wont ever make them stop. If you do though, you can threaten them with a lawsuit and you WILL win any open source cases almost instantly. And eventually after losing a ton of countersued money to you they'll put you on their bot's blacklist and ignore you. But like I said if you can't file court claims cheaply, this'll cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
And thats not even factoring in smaller companies who just copyright flag you to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

All claims are fine here except for the top one, which blocks the video. the rest of them are just being monetized and that doesn't stop anyone from watching your video. I'm currently disputing that atm so ill poost here if it works out or fails miserably (Probably the latter)
