Vault-tec DLC Furniture gone

Since today and the Vault-tec DLC my furniture section has dissapeared and I can't seem to get it back, tried restarting my game etc.

Yes on PC, I disabled all my mods already for the achievements.
So I started playing the dlc without mods

I think I read here that some vault items don't unlock in tell you finish the vault experiments, there's four I believe

that category with the corkboard supposed to be a red chair, your menu is missed up, disabling mods in NMM or mod organizer wont help, you have to archive (zip/rar) all esp/esm files and possibly your mesh and texture folder too, Bethesda uses ba2 files for there textures and mesh folders

try this first. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12275/?. I have it working with my mods but I know FO4Edit enough to solve such conflics, either way the mod authers will implement Vaut tec into patches.

have you considered doing a simple steam cache check first? maybe it recognizes a file is messed up and it will restore your game... just saying, this is basic knowledge for any game that seems buggy.

Also note there are no cages (from Wasteland Workshop) in the vault. That will have to be implemented via Mod.

If you have the Homemaker-Expanded Settlement Mod, it takes away the Vault Tec building option. I turned that mod off and it came back.

it's not the Vault-Tec Buildings but anything regarding beds, chairs etc

Thats weird I see them? It's not under vaults. It's under where you get beds and stuff go to the last one and you will see a clean bed. Uninstall your mods and recheck for missing files threw steam. Wow I never see so many Vac bans in my life.

If you'd look at my screenshot posted above you can see that that section is missing for me

Just do what I said uninstall the mods and recheck your files threw steam since you are missing files. When you uninstall mods and it may take files with it.
