Clem won't get on the Power Cycle. *SOLVED*

Okay, so I got to the part (vault tec workshop) where I have to "Push clem to the limit, the power must flow." Except, when I place down the power cycle plus the terminal, he walks towards it like he's going to sit on it (everyone else gets on it just fine, it's just this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that won't.) and just stands next to it, as if going like "DID I DUN IT GEWD? DURR" so... the one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ npc I need to use the power cycle, won't. So, I can't advance the questline normally. Anyone know how to fix? I've tried ordering him to go onto power cycles several times, he just won't.

PS ; If you're gonna comment JUST because I'm a furry, save yourself some trouble, and go chug some bleach. I'm looking for a fix to a problem, I'm not pushing anything down your throat.

Have tried different configs of power, terminals and bike, he auto-assigns to the bike, then just stands there derping

You have to hook the monitor up to a power station ................ Took me accouple minutes to figure it out

Mefit is correct, it's less then obvious but makes sense you have to power the monitor first, Clem (the chimp) will stop staring at it and will get on and start peddling.

I stuck the bike in the reactor room after clearing all the consoles off the left wall. Easy power, just need a single connector to get the wire around the unscrappable consoles.

What's weird is that I've powered up the terminal, and he still stood there, derping... I'll try doing so again, maybe I missed something.

Also, I should mention that the terminal has nothing on it, besides the usual 2 lines of text, no options to change parameters, nothing, I'm stumped, thanks Bugthesda.

Make a small generator and hook it up to the terminal

Already tried that, no success.

This happened with my Clem too, in my first try, the bike was too close to the terminal for him to get on and off without hitting another object. And the way I wired it is Power ->Terminal->Bike, I also didn't build it in the room that is in your screenshot, I built it with a small generator in the "atrium" on the atrium floor tiles. I built everything right next to the overseer desk, planning that she would want to "watch" the experiment. Hope that helps.

I have the same problem on one character. Loaded up different one, placed some ♥♥♥♥ down and terminal worked just fine.
It won't recognize the cycle, so he doesn't get on. New character or a different one might do the trick i hope.
