Sounds like you're having the same issue as me and some others where the Structures part in in the workshop isn't showing up.

I am trying to see if disabling all settlement-related mods fixes it.

I don't see why any of my current mods would be incompatable with it, but if that works for you, I'd like to know.

It's there, If you scroll too quickly you might overlook. Just go one by one slowly

Let me know if disabling the mods fixes it. I would lose ALOT of building done to other structures if that were the case

From what I've gathered this is an old conflict with mods that modify the build menu a lot (like Homemaker or Snap 'n Build), it's also a bug that pops up with Snap n' Build specifically if you do not run the uninstall holotape before removing/deactivating that mod.

Would you happen to have either of the mentioned mods?
