Eddie Winter's Holotapes

I am doing the quest where you have to find all 10 of Eddie Winter's holotapes. I have 9, and i need to find number 6. The quest has taken me to Oberland Station, and the green quest marker is just sitting on the ground. Is this some sort of bug? And if so, how do i fix it?

the eddie winter holotape 6 is at East Boston police station, wikia link at bottom has the coc location and more information on that location


Eddie Winter holotape 6 inside the first desk you come across when going from the ground floor to the second floor. A skeleton is sitting on the ground in the corner of the booth where the desk is located.

Lose FNV 'radiant' quests that are simply given by dif people and you see it has much less quests than F4 does. Quantity is not quality and FNV only has 'get me a stimpak' quality quests. Big whoop.
